Nicole Alberto – Payroll & Investment Assistant

Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry, Nicole Alberto serves as Payroll & Investment Assistant at RLJ Financial Services, Inc., where she is known for her reliability, authenticity, and dedication to client support. Nicole began her financial career at Stifel Financial, gaining deep industry knowledge that continues to shape her work today.

A Modesto native and Modesto High alumna, Nicole has built her life and career in the community she loves. She remains close to her family and is the eldest of five siblings. A devoted mother of four, she balances her career with an active family life, supporting her children’s involvement in sports and leadership activities.

Nicole is motivated by continual growth and thrives in environments that encourage learning and the development of new skills. Her passion for finance stems from her belief that taking control of one’s financial goals is empowering. She finds fulfillment in knowing that her work helps clients move one step closer to financial freedom. She values understanding each client’s “why”—the motivation behind their goals. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys studying Scripture and serving actively in her church. She is a member of Neighborhood Church, serves on the MoHi Sports Boosters Board, and volunteers in her church nursery.
