Dear Clients and Friends,
Thank you for placing your trust and confidence in us to provide both tax and financial services. We are here to provide continued services and support during these unique and rare times.
We understand that everyone is concerned about coronavirus. And we are as well, which is why we are taking precautions to keep our clients and our staff safe.
While the threat of Coronavirus exists, we are asking anyone who feels unwell, has sick family members, has recently traveled to a high-risk city or country, or any other “at risk” person, to not visit our office.
If you have tax documents to deliver to us or need to communicate with our team, please do so through our private electronic messaging portal called “Liscio”, fax us your documents, or mail them to our PO Box.
Due to Governor Newsom’s Shelter-In-Place order, we have cancelled all in-office appointments at the current time. In place of a face-to-face meeting, we can set up a “Zoom” meeting for your appointment, or we can do a phone meeting instead.
In addition, we highly recommend that you visit the California Health Department website for current guidelines on good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases. Our main focus is the continued good health of everyone!
We are encouraging all employees to wash their hands often and regularly wipe down publicly used surface areas at our office with disinfectant.
